Onboarding

To connect the Hoomvip platform, it is essential to have a signed collaboration contract with them beforehand.

Once the agreement is formalized, you must request access credentials from our support team through https://support.avantio.com/

Our team will provide you with the username (API Username) and the password (API Password) that you will need to give to the Hoomvip team.

Synchronization from Avantio

The data synchronized from Avantio to Hoomvip includes:

  • Accommodation details (name, address)

  • Reservation ID

  • Check-in and check-out dates

  • Customer name

NOTE: Hoomvip's main electronic lock service operates with one-way synchronization, meaning data is only sent from Avantio to Hoomvip, without receiving updates back from Hoomvip. However, there is an exception: if you use Hoomvip's additional Online Check-in service, then the connection will be two-way, allowing updates to be received from Hoomvip to Avantio as well.

For being an Avantio client

Exclusive benefits for being an AVANTIO client:

  1. The first month of the license is free.

  2. 30-day trial period. If after 30 days from the start of the service you are not satisfied with the quality of the product and service, we will refund the amount of all paid devices.
