Onboarding
Once the property manager purchases the Smart Locks or Smart Sensors of their choice, they need to install them on the doors of their properties. This work is usually done by an electrician. If the property manager is in Greece and acquires the Smart Locks and/or Smart Sensors from Radefy, they also handle the installation. Then, they provide the property manager with a “turnkey solution.”
To connect the Smart Locks and/or Smart Sensors to Centurion, the property manager should follow these steps:
Create a location for each of their properties
Go to the Integrations tab in Centurion
Select the manufacturer of your Smart Lock or Smart Sensor
Enter your Username and Password provided for your Smart Locks and/or Smart Sensors
Assign the Smart Locks and/or Smart Sensors to the Locations you created in Centurion
You are ready to issue electronic keys and manage your electricity consumption!
Synchronization Process
Avantio will automatically send your guests' booking details to Centurion via API integration. Once the booking is received, Centurion will issue the corresponding electronic key (e-key) and send it to the smart lock, where it will remain pending until the check-in date and time to activate, and will deactivate at check-out. Then, Centurion will send your guests an SMS and a welcome email (this is optional), providing them with instructions on how to download and use the Radefy Guest App, so they can access their rental property.
You can customize the Guest App by adding your own main image and logo to appear on the app screen.
Centurion also allows you to partially customize the welcome SMS and fully customize the welcome email, providing greater flexibility and personalization in your communication with guests.
The Guest App will offer your guests the following features:
