Onboarding / Activation Process

After contracting the smart lock system, Padword contacts Avantio to request API access credentials through the ‘Avantio Partner Support’. Simultaneously, Padword contacts the client to continue with the configuration and setup of the Padword Cloud 360 software internally, also synchronizing via API all the accommodation and booking data from the client's VRMS account. Padword sends the client a username and password to access the platform and get started.
