Avantio Synchronization

What Avantio syncs with http://PropertyCare.com :

  • Accommodation Information (Accommodation Name, Address)

  • Booking ID

  • Check-in and Check-out Dates (from booking in VRMS)

  • Check-in and Check-out Times (from booking in VRMS)

If you work with this partner, please note that check-in and check-out times for key collection are not synchronized, so you will need to manually adjust these times in the bookings in the VRMS.

  • Tourist Name

NOTE: This is a one-way synchronization; data is sent from Avantio, no updates are received from PropertyCare.com.

Onboarding

All customers have free access to the services. There are 2 weeks from registration for a customer to become operational.

  1. The customer registers.

  2. A call is scheduled with the account manager.

  3. The cleaning task list is sent to the account management team at http://PropertyCare.com .

  4. The account manager sets up the task lists and teams.

Integration Process

Please request the connection with http://PropertyCare.com only when you have signed with http://PropertyCare.com and have your access data to http://PropertyCare.com .

  1. When you have your access data and an agreement with http://PropertyCare.com, request the connection with http://PropertyCare.com through a ticket to Avantio Support.

  2. The Avantio Support team will provide you with the credentials to open an automatic synchronization between Avantio and http://PropertyCare.com .

  3. When you have your credentials, go to the PropertyCare.com login page and enter your existing login details (NOT THE CREDENTIALS PROVIDED BY AVANTIO).

  4. Once logged in, on your http://PropertyCare.com dashboard, in the left sidebar menu, go to My Account and then to Connected Services. Select Avantio from the list and click Connect, and enter the credentials provided by Avantio Support. A synchronization between Avantio and http://PropertyCare.com will now be established.
