Breezeway - Synchronization and Onboarding

Onboarding Process

  1. Fill out this form to receive your personalized Breezeway demo

  2. Contact Avantio Support ([email protected]) and request Breezeway to be enabled and receive the API keys.

  3. Connect your Avantio account in Breezeway

  4. In your Breezeway account, go to Configuration > Integrations

  5. Locate the Avantio integration and click the “Add” button

  6. Once your account is successfully connected, your properties and bookings will start loading shortly.

  7. Start using Breezeway to transform your property care program

NOTE: This is a one-way sync; data is sent from Avantio, and no updates are received from Breezeway. The application (web/app) is available in 10 languages. The Breezeway team communicates in Spanish for sales demos and offers customer support in Spanish.

Sync Process

Breezeway has a dedicated implementation and account management team committed to your success. Our Implementation team assists you throughout the training and onboarding process, and the Support and Account Management teams are available to help you optimize your account throughout the process.

To connect to Breezeway, you must first have a signed collaboration agreement with them.

Once the agreement is signed, contact our support team here: http: //support.avantio.com to receive your access credentials.

Our team will provide you with the API username and password that you will need to provide to the Breezeway team.

Step 1: Obtain your Avantio keys from Avantio

Contact Avantio support ([email protected]) and request Breezeway to be enabled.

Once Avantio has given you your keys, you can connect your account from Breezeway.

Step 2: Connect your Avantio account in Breezeway

  1. In your Breezeway account, go to Configuration > Integrations.

  2. Locate the Avantio integration and click the “Add” button.

Once your account is correctly connected, your properties and bookings will start loading shortly.
