Onboarding Process

  1. After the demo, you can sign up for your 14-day free trial at any time.

  2. Once you register, we will meet with you in a free two-hour working session and work with you to set up your account according to your business.

  3. After the working session, you may need to do some homework before getting started. This usually involves entering some data and can typically be done within a week.

  4. When you're ready to go, about 1-2 weeks after signing up, we'll meet again for training to ensure you and your staff understand how to use Operto Teams more efficiently and to review standard operational processes.

  5. Once your staff dashboards are set up, you can start working and tracking your staff and their tasks through Operto Teams.

Depending on the number of properties, units, and staff you manage, this entire process can take between 3 days and 1 month.

With Operto, the booking confirmation email must be sent at least 1 hour after the booking confirmation.
