Synchronization

  1. Once you sign up, we'll coordinate a free two-hour one-on-one onboarding session to help set up your account according to your business needs.

  2. After the session, you may need to complete some tasks before the official launch, usually related to data entry, which is typically completed within a week.

  3. When you're ready to start, 1 to 2 weeks after registration, we'll conduct a training session to ensure you and your team understand how to use Operto Teams efficiently and review standard operational processes.

  4. Once the dashboards for your team are set up, you'll begin live operations and manage all tasks and staff through Operto Teams.

Depending on the number of properties, units, and staff you manage, this entire process can take from 1 day to 1 month.
