Synchronization Process for Customers Already Using Yaago
If you are already a Yaago customer, to open synchronization, request a connection with Yaago by creating a ticket with Avantio Support. Then, you must send the provided credentials with the provider number directly to Yaago.
Other updates related to synchronization should be requested from the partner.
FOR THE PILOT PHASE ONLY. Customers who confirmed their participation in the pilot phase with the Avantio Customer Success team will receive an email from the CS team, notifying that for the pilot phase, the credentials and Provider number were sent directly to Yaago.

Synchronization Process for Customers Not Previously Using Yaago
1. Request a meeting with the Yaago sales team:

Secondly, the Yaago sales team will prepare all the necessary information with the customer and ask the customer to create a ticket with the Avantio support team.
Thirdly, the Yaago launch team will prepare the Yaago account, and the sales team will schedule a meeting for the first Onboarding session.
The Avantio Support team will provide you with the credentials and Provider ID to be used to open an automatic synchronization between Avantio and Yaago.
When you have your credentials and provider number provided by Avantio support, go to the Yaago login page and enter your existing login details (NOT THE CREDENTIALS PROVIDED BY AVANTIO).
Once logged in, in the Yaago dashboard, go to the Menu, then More / Platform Connections, and select Avantio from the list of Platforms. Then, enter your Avantio credentials and provider number.
Once synchronization is established, the Yaago team will contact the customer again to ensure the first onboarding session takes place.
During this period, Yaago will send you between 6 and 7 emails, and you can schedule a discovery meeting with the Yaago sales team. This meeting will be a video call where Yaago will conduct a demonstration and ask about your initial needs.
Depending on your personal goals, Yaago may schedule other meetings, suggest visiting the Yaago Help Center, and propose a personalized 3-hour training session.
This 3-hour training session will be divided into 2 or 3 video calls, which can be recorded at the customer's request and shared with you by Yaago.
