What is synchronized in the VRMS?

  • Base Rates

  • Minimum Stay Rules (minimum number of nights)

  • Allowed Check-in and Check-out Days

To synchronize these data in the VRMS, existing data is first downloaded from the system (calendars, bookings, prices, rules, etc.) to feed the pricing algorithm and generate updated automatic recommendations.

How to activate Beyond Pricing with Avantio?

1- First, you must request the connection through our support systemhttp://support.avantio.com. We will provide you with the necessary keys, including the Avantio provider ID, username, and password. You will need to set up this information in your Beyond account to establish the connection between both platforms.

2- To start using Beyond, it's time to create your account by clicking on the provided link → https://v2.beyondpricing.com/create-account/pricing. You have a 30-day free trial!

3- After filling out the form, you will access the "Welcome to Beyond" interface. Click on "View all integrations" and enter the information provided in Step 1. Right after this step, Beyond will import your advertisements, and you'll soon be ready to review your configuration and enable price publishing.

4- With the import of the listings underway, the next step is to set up the Customize tab. This will allow you to tailor these settings for your listings:

  • Minimum and Maximum Prices

  • Minimum Stays and Gap Filling

  • Booking Gap Settings

  • Time-based Adjustments

  • Check-in/Check-out Days

The connection with Beyond is not compatible with:

  • PMS API

What is the onboarding process to Beyond Pricing?

When a customer contacts Beyond Pricing, an onboarding plan is developed based on the size of their portfolio, their level of technological comfort, and their availability. Once the customer signs the contract, Beyond Pricing requires a week to internally assess their prices and ensure the requirements are understood.

An initial call is scheduled with the customer, sales, and the Implementation Manager. For smaller portfolios, Beyond Pricing sets up the synchronization of their properties during the meeting, making them active immediately.

Beyond Pricing monitors performance and provides educational materials throughout the process. Customers with larger portfolios may prefer to review prices with individual owners before going live, so they may go live in batches.

Weekly meetings are scheduled during the first month of onboarding to review portfolio performance, cover basic concepts, and provide educational materials.

  • Customer activation is done through the Avantio support portal. The Avantio Customer Support team will send you your Avantio provider ID.

  • Deactivation must be requested directly by the contact point of each customer.

  • All requests for additional support should be sent to: [email protected]

If you do not deactivate through Avantio, the partner will continue to have access to your data.
