Onboarding

Process

  1. Once the contract is signed, the sales team introduces the onboarding team, which makes a welcome call to the customer.

  2. The onboarding team sends the customer a partner package. This contains the relevant information for the customer to add to their listings and booking confirmation emails. This way, guests will know about Superhog.

  3. The activation team creates the PMs dashboard and ensures that Avantio is correctly connected to their account.

  4. Once the customer is ready to start verifying their bookings and get up and running, the activation team will import the manager's listings from Avantio.

  5. After your guests are verified by Superhog, it will be communicated whether they are verified or not. If they are not and the Property Manager wants to assume the risk, the deposit status update will have to be done manually and Superhog will not cover any damage.

The goal of Superhog is for customers to be active within 10 days after signing, although it usually takes no more than 5 days.

Integration Process

Please request the connection with SUPERHOG only after signing with SUPERHOG and having your SUPERHOG access data.

  1. When you have your access data and an agreement with SUPERHOG, request the connection with SUPERHOG by creating a ticket to Avantio support.

  2. The support team will provide you with the necessary credentials to open an automatic synchronization between Avantio and SUPERHOG.

  3. When you have the credentials provided by Avantio, go to the SUPERHOG login page and enter your existing login details (NOT THE CREDENTIALS PROVIDED BY AVANTIO)

  4. Once logged in, in the SUPERHOG dashboard, click Integrations in the left sidebar menu. At the top of the page select Authentication. Choose Avantio and enter the credentials provided by Avantio support. Now the synchronization between Avantio and SUPERHOG is established.
