Check-in Scan offers full support during Onboarding. The process takes up to 15 minutes.

Synchronization Process

The integration of Avantio and Check-in Scan systems allows you to import useful guest information into the system, avoiding the need to enter it manually.

With this integration, you can import your properties and units from Avantio, bookings, guest names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

The steps to follow are as follows:

  1. Access your Avantio account to request your Check-in Scan credentials through this link: https://avantio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/13.

  2. Once received, access the web panel at http://app.checkinscan.com

  3. In the top right corner, go to My Account / Integrate PMS.

  1. Click on the Avantio icon

  1. Now enter the username and password you obtained from the Avantio system in the corresponding fields.

  1. Click “Next”

The system will give you the option to choose which properties you want to import from Avantio, and if you have already added them to Check-in Scan, you can also link them to ensure they are connected.

Once the properties are linked, just click on “Save and Continue” to add the properties.

  1. Finally, click “Finish” to complete the process.

How to Set Up Check-in Instructions?

  1. Set up the message with instructions in the Check-in Scan clientAdmin:

  2. In Avantio, go to “Configuration” and access the “Templates” section. Create a new template of the “Bookings - Various” category.

  3. Add the “Electronic Lock” block to the template and save it with the desired name.

  4. In Harmony, create a new solution and select the “Customers” field.

  5. Select “Send Instructions to the Tourist”.

  6. Set up the message following the instructions and select the template created previously.
