UpMarket integrates directly with Avantio's PMS to:

Onboarding Process with UpMarket
UpMarket offers full support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for property managers and hoteliers looking to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Although the platform is designed to be intuitive, we ensure you are fully prepared to make the most of all its features.

Synchronization Process for Existing Avantio Customers
Secure Credential Entry: Current Avantio users wishing to integrate with UpMarket should first contact Avantio support to obtain their unique integration credentials.
Simple Integration Setup: Once you have the credentials, log in to UpMarket and go to the section dedicated to integration with Avantio within the platform.
There you will find a simple and secure space to enter your Avantio credentials and complete the connection.
Automatic Property Import: Once your credentials have been saved, UpMarket will immediately start importing all your properties from Avantio. Our system ensures that booking data is synchronized every 5 minutes, keeping your operations up-to-date with minimal effort on your part.
Synchronization Process for New UpMarket Customers
For those not yet using UpMarket, the integration process is just as simple:
Log in to your Avantio account and request your credentials for UpMarket through the following link:https://avantio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/13
Start by creating your account at upmarket.cloud/register. The process is quick, taking less than a minute, and is designed to get you started without delay.
Once registered, you can easily find the Avantio integration page within the UpMarket platform. There you will enter the credentials provided by the Avantio alliances team.
After entering your credentials, UpMarket takes care of the rest: it imports your properties and ensures continuous real-time synchronization of booking data.
