Onboarding
The onboarding process is carried out by the customer themselves.
On the GEA platform, the property manager will find multiple detailed instructional documents that will guide them step-by-step to complete the onboarding process.
At any time, our customer support team is available by call or chat to offer guidance and support throughout the process.
Synchronization Process
Synchronization with Avantio occurs every 5 minutes.
Through our API connection with Avantio, the following actions are performed:
When we connect a customer for the first time, we import all pending bookings from Avantio to GEA, meaning those that have not yet checked in.
As new bookings are created in Avantio, GEA communicates with Avantio every 5 minutes.
During this process, GEA detects any new booking, booking modification, or cancellation, and automatically incorporates them into the GEA platform.
By following these two steps, we ensure that the bookings in Avantio match those found in GEA.
