Truvi's integration with Avantio allows PMs to seamlessly implement Truvi into their booking journey. As well as easily import their listings and bookings using their API key.
If you work with Truvi and use the Avantio Payments module, make sure not to activate the automatic collection of deposits, because in this case, Truvi will handle this action.
You should not deactivate the deposit or delete it from the booking. Only deactivate the automatic collection option.
In case of any issues with deposit management, you should contact Truvi. Avantio is not responsible for deposit management carried out by Truvi.

What the guest warranty covers
All active accommodations in the system, as well as all bookings generated within it (except owner bookings and those denied by Truvi) are mandatorily insured.
