Onboarding
Property managers have a Minut success manager to help them set up and manage their account.
Integration Process
Please only request a connection with Minut once you have registered with Minut (you can register here) Web app | Minut) and have your Minut login details.
Once you have your login details and an agreement with Minut, request a connection with Minut by creating a ticket with Avantio Support.
The Avantio Support team will provide you with the credentials to open an automatic synchronization between Avantio and Minut.
Once you have the credentials provided by Avantio Support, go to the Web app of your Minut account https://web.minut.com/login and enter your existing login details (NOT THE CREDENTIALS PROVIDED BY AVANTIO).
When logged in, go to the Integrations section. Choose Avantio and enter the credentials provided by Avantio Support. The credentials open the synchronization between Minut and Avantio.
