Configuration

If you want to connect to the Roomonitor platform, you must first have a collaboration agreement signed with them.

Once you have signed the agreement, request the Avantio support team for the access credentials through the platform: http://support.avantio.com

Our team will provide you with the API Key, username, and password, which you must give to the Roomonitor team to complete the integration.

Synchronization from Avantio

The data synchronized from Avantio to Roomonitor includes:

  • Accommodation data (accommodation name, address)

  • Reservation ID

  • Check-in and check-out dates

  • Guest name

This is a one-way synchronization, meaning that data is only sent from Avantio. No updates are received back from Roomonitor.
