Onboarding
We offer full and free support for managers with 10 or more properties, or paid support for those managing more than 50 properties.
The onboarding process usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the client's size.
The connection with Avantio is made in a matter of seconds. If the client has around 10 properties, a CSV file is typically used to streamline the insertion of data such as tax IDs, SEF credentials, etc.
