Integration Process
We recommend following these steps using a computer:
Once you are an Akiles customer and have access to the Admin Panel, you should request the integration credentials from Avantio by creating a ticket with their Support team.
The Avantio Support team will provide you with credentials that you will need to enter later (in step 6).
Log in to the Akiles admin panel (with your Akiles credentials).
In the side menu of the Akiles Admin Panel, click on the “Applications” section. Different options will appear; choose Avantio.
You will be taken to a new Akiles page that will ask you to grant permission for the integration to automatically manage your account. Click “Allow”.
Once the integration is authorized in the previous step, a new screen will appear where you must enter the User and Password credentials provided by the Avantio Support team (in step 2).
If you want to activate automatic PIN code generation for each reservation, enable the option.
After completing these steps, click “Save Configuration”.
As the final step, on the same screen, a new section will appear where you must link Avantio accommodations with Akiles groups.
By doing this, for each new reservation made for an accommodation, a new member will be created in Akiles with the opening permissions of the Group you have assigned.
