Roommatik – Synchronization and Onboarding

Configuration Process

If you want to connect to the Roommatik platform, the first step is to have a signed collaboration agreement with them.

Once the agreement is formalized, request the Avantio support team for the access credentials through the platform: http://support.avantio.com

Our team will provide you with the API username and password, which you must give to the Roommatik team to complete the integration.

If you are already using Avantio's online check-in, you need to notify us when you start working with Roommatik, as technical errors could occur due to two online check-in systems operating simultaneously.

Synchronization from Avantio

Data synchronized from Avantio to Roommatik:

  • Accommodation data (accommodation name, address)

  • Reservation ID

  • Check-in and check-out dates

  • Guest name

This is a one-way synchronization, meaning that data is only sent from Avantio to Roommatik. No updates are received back from Roommatik to Avantio.
