Monitor the Quality of Your Advertisements on the Airbnb Dashboard

The quality of your advertisements on Airbnb directly affects your visibility and the trust you convey to travelers. With the Quality Dashboard, available in Channel PRO, you can monitor the performance of your accounts and properties in one place, identify issues, and take timely action to improve.

Where to Find the Dashboard

You will find it in the Channel PRO > Improvement Center menu. From there, you can view key metrics organized into three levels:

  • Global: summary of all your connected accounts.

  • By account: data for each Airbnb account.

  • By property: details of each individual advertisement.

👉 Helpful Tip: if you only have one connected account, you won't see the global view.

Search Filters

In the top right corner, a filter allows you to customize the information you view. You can filter by:

  • Account

  • Accommodation

  • Reviews

Main Metrics of the Dashboard

Reviews

  • Shows the average score of your advertisements by category (maximum 5).

  • Also includes the percentage of positive and negative tags left by guests.

  • Performance colors:

    • Green: score above 4.8 (excellent).

    • Yellow: between 4.5 and 4.8 (below average).

    • Red: below 4.5 (low performance, may affect visibility).

Review Tags

In addition to stars, guests can add tags to their comments:

  • Both positive and negative tags are shown.

  • Examples: "spotless kitchen," "clear instructions," "needs maintenance," "dirty bathroom."

  • They are very useful for identifying specific areas for improvement.

Violations

Section dedicated to negative tags linked to serious issues reported by guests during their stay.

Accommodation Status

Shows the quality status of each advertisement or account on Airbnb.

  • If an advertisement appears in "not good" status, it is recommended to contact the Airbnb Customer Support team to review quality standards and avoid penalties or suspensions.

  • If no status is assigned, it means Airbnb has not reported any incidents.

Best Practices

  • Review tags frequently: they will help you identify issues before they affect your overall score.

  • Prioritize the urgent: resolve incidents marked with negative tags first.

  • Maintain communication with Airbnb: if a negative quality status appears, consult directly with their support team.

  • Act on the details: small improvements (e.g., in cleaning or instructions) can make a difference in reviews.

Quick Checklist

  • Have you reviewed the average score of your advertisements in the last week?

  • Do you have any unresolved negative tags?

  • Have you checked the status of each account and property?

  • Are you responding to reviews to show attention and professionalism?

Conclusion

The Quality Dashboard is your ally for maintaining a high standard on Airbnb. Use it regularly, act on the areas for improvement highlighted by guests, and protect the visibility of your advertisements by promptly addressing potential issues.
