Manage the List of Payments to be Made

Keeping track of pending payments is essential for your peace of mind and to maintain the trust of owners and customers. The list of payments to be made clearly and orderly shows you what you need to pay, to whom, and by when. This helps you avoid delays, unexpected issues, and ensures impeccable accounting management.

What is the list of payments to be made?

This is a section where you can see all the payments the agency still needs to make, whether to owners or customers. It includes both settlements and refunds or returns of bookings.

How to access the list

  1. Go to the "Accounting" tab.

  2. Click on "Invoicing and payments."

  3. Select "Payments."

  4. Access "List of payments to be made."

Customization with filters

You can easily find any pending payment using different criteria:

  • Accommodation

  • Booking reference

  • Amount

  • Account type

  • Payment registration date

  • Payment method

  • Recipient (exact name of the person who will receive the payment)

Information you will see in the list

Each entry includes key data to manage your payments:

  • Days remaining to make the payment

  • Concept (settlement or refund to the tourist)

  • Recipient of the payment

  • Payment method

  • Total amount

Available actions

From the list you can:

  • Validate a payment: click on the box to the right of the amount. The payment will automatically move to the "List of completed payments."

  • Delete a payment: click the "delete" icon if it no longer needs to be recorded.

Useful tip

If you want to work on your financial reports in more detail, use the option to export the list in Excel or CSV from the "Export" tab at the top.

Best practices

  • Validate payments right after making them to keep the information updated.

  • Use the "days remaining" filter to prioritize urgent payments.

  • Export the lists at the end of each accounting period to share them with your financial team.

Quick checklist

Before confirming pending payments, check:

  • That the recipient and amount are correct.

  • That the deadline has not yet passed.

  • That the selected payment method is available.

  • That the payment is validated after execution.
