When managing bookings and owners, knowing exactly who you've paid and how much is key to staying in control. The list of payments made gives you a clear and organized view, avoiding confusion and giving you the peace of mind that your accounting is up to date.

What is the list of payments made?

This is a tool that shows all the payments the agency has made to owners or customers. These can be income settlements or refunds related to bookings.

  • Allows you to track payments that have already been processed in detail.

  • Facilitates searching with advanced filters.

  • Helps keep your accounting organized and transparent.

How to access the list

  1. Go to the "Accounting" tab.

  2. Navigate to "Invoicing and payments."

  3. Select "Payments."

  4. Click on "List of payments made."

Customization with filters

You can adjust the view of the list according to your needs. Available filters include:

  • Accommodation

  • Booking reference

  • Amount

  • Account type

  • Payment entry date

  • Payment method

  • Payment recipient (exact name)

Information you will find in the list

Each line of the list shows essential data:

  • Payment entry date

  • Concept (settlement or refund to the tourist)

  • Recipient

  • Payment method

  • Amount paid

Available actions

From this view you can:

  • Mark a payment as pending again: click on the box to the right of the amount. The payment will return to the "Payments to be made" list.

  • Remove a payment from the list: click the "delete" icon.
