What is the list of payments made?
This is a tool that shows all the payments the agency has made to owners or customers. These can be income settlements or refunds related to bookings.

How to access the list
Go to the "Accounting" tab.
Navigate to "Invoicing and payments."
Select "Payments."
Click on "List of payments made."
Customization with filters
You can adjust the view of the list according to your needs. Available filters include:
Accommodation
Booking reference
Amount
Account type
Payment entry date
Payment method
Payment recipient (exact name)
Information you will find in the list
Each line of the list shows essential data:
Payment entry date
Concept (settlement or refund to the tourist)
Recipient
Payment method
Amount paid
Available actions
From this view you can:
Mark a payment as pending again: click on the box to the right of the amount. The payment will return to the "Payments to be made" list.
Remove a payment from the list: click the "delete" icon.
