When managing multiple bookings, keeping track of tourist taxes can be a headache. This report allows you to see which payments are pending, which have been made, and what amounts correspond to each stay.

What is the "Payment Status of Taxes" report?

This report centralizes all information related to the tourist taxes associated with your bookings.

On the platform (quick view)

When you check the report, you'll see a simple list with the essential data:

  • Booking: reference number.

  • Accommodation and booking name.

  • Payment status: whether the tax is "Pending" or "Paid".

  • Payment method.

  • Payment date (when already made).

  • Exact amount of the tax.

It's a summarized view designed so that, in seconds, you know which taxes are pending and what amounts correspond to each booking.

When exporting the report (full detail)

If you decide to export it to Excel or CSV, the file includes much more information that allows for thorough control. In addition to the previous fields, you'll find:

  • Tourist registration number of the property.

  • Address and owner of the accommodation.

  • Type of booking (confirmed, pre-booking, etc.).

  • Source portal of the booking.

  • Guest composition: adults, children, and babies.

  • Check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, and price per night.

  • Stays subject to and exempt from tax.

  • Customer details: name and country of residence.

  • Payment method associated with the booking.

This way, the exported file not only serves as a receipt but also as a documentary basis for audits, settlements with owners, or internal reports.

How to access the report

  1. In the main menu, go to the "Reports" tab.

  2. Select the "Invoicing" category.

  3. Click on "Payment Status of Taxes".

  4. Use the available filters to find the information you need.

Available filters

You can search and organize the information in different ways:

  • By booking: reference or booking number.

  • By tax: name of the applied tax.

  • By payment status: "Pending" or "Paid" taxes.

  • By accommodation: filter a specific apartment or property.

  • By dates: booking, check-in, or check-out by ranges; and payment dates.

Common errors and how to avoid them

  • Forgetting to filter by dates: if you download the entire history, the file can be very large and difficult to manage.

  • Relying only on the "Pending" status: also review canceled or modified bookings, as they can affect the final amount.

👉 Now that you know how the "Payment Status of Taxes" report works, use it regularly to keep your accounting clear and avoid surprises.
