What is this report?
The Occupancy Rates by Year section shows, in percentage, the occupancy of all your accommodations comparatively by year. This helps you see the evolution of each property and detect occupancy patterns over time.

How to Access Occupancy Rates by Year
Follow these steps to check this information:
Go to the Reports tab.
Select Management → Occupancy Rates by Year.
Apply filters as needed:
Building
Accommodation
Owner
Years
View the list that shows:
The occupancy percentage from the first year of activation of each accommodation.
The evolution of occupancy for each accommodation and the total accumulated.
