1. Digital Welcome Booklet

Create interactive guides with images and videos that include property instructions, local recommendations, and must-see spots in the area. These guides can be automatically shared with guests before their arrival, enhancing their stay and making you a standout host.

Guests receive a digital welcome booklet upon confirming the booking. This booklet includes all necessary details and personalized sales options tailored to their interests. Guests can explore and select additional offers of their choice directly from the digital welcome booklet. With just a few clicks and thanks to our integration with Stripe, they can secure the chosen services by purchasing directly from the digital welcome booklet, enhancing their journey.

How is it sent?

  1. From Yaago. Personalized emails can be sent before the stay, with essential information, directions, and even recommendations on nearby attractions. As part of the guest journey, Yaago's integration allows property managers to automatically generate personalized welcome booklets to be shared via a specific URL.

  2. From Avantio. Yaago will provide you with the static URL that will contain the variable part corresponding to the Booking ID.

    1. You will need to add this link to your Booking Confirmation Template or create a new template for sending Yaago's welcome booklet.

    2. The rest of the process is automatic. The Booking ID field in the URL will automatically change for each booking, updating the booklet accordingly. Then, the sending is automated, as usual, using the Harmony system.

When is it sent?

It is usually sent upon confirming the booking, considering that some of the information it contains may be hidden until the deposit is made.

2. Online Check-In: Simplified Arrival Experience

Make guest arrivals smooth, safe, and efficient with Yaago's online check-in feature. As a vacation rental manager, offering a hassle-free check-in experience is crucial for guest satisfaction. By offering a digital check-in option, you are enhancing the overall guest experience. Guests can enter the property without delays, allowing them to start enjoying their vacation immediately.

Yaago's Online Check-In is optional and only available for PREMIUM accounts. Additionally, Yaago does not export guest data to any authority.

Technically, it is not possible to run two Online Check-In systems simultaneously. However, there is a simple way to switch off Avantio's Online Check-In to use only Yaago's Online Check-In.

Moreover, Avantio's Online Check-In is a module. This means it can be activated or deactivated at any time. Therefore, if you wish to work exclusively with Yaago's online check-in, make sure to request the deactivation of Avantio's check-in module from the Support team.

Yaago's integration with smart locks brings a new level of security, convenience, and efficiency to the check-in and check-out process for vacation rental managers and their guests. By seamlessly connecting with smart lock systems like Igloohome (direct integration with Avantio), Nuki, or TheKeys to generate access codes, Yaago ensures a smooth and secure access experience while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Whether for check-in or check-out, access code creation can be seamlessly done within the Yaago platform. Each guest receives a unique access code tailored to the duration of their stay, providing an additional layer of security by ensuring access is granted only to those who need it. The access codes generated through Yaago's integration are scheduled to automatically expire after the guest's stay. This eliminates any concerns about unauthorized access, ensuring security is not compromised.

Yaago will communicate the Smarlock code (Nuki, Igloohome, theKeys) via email, through the OTA inbox, or directly in the welcome booklet. The welcome booklet can also provide buttons to open doors, preventing the guest from downloading a specific app.

4. Automated Workflows, Operations Management

This service is fully managed from the Yaago platform. No information is sent to Avantio.

All operations are based on the reservation itself. Once a reservation is created in Yaago, Yaago will create the associated tasks (inspection, check-in, check-out, cleaning). Yaago can also manage recurring tasks and one-time tasks. All tasks can be assigned to team members (internal or external) and each member reports the work done. They can set the time spent, upload videos, photos, or open a dispute.
