All actions related to housekeeping are based on booking information but must be performed through the Three Angular app.
Comments left for service providers (cleaning, maintenance) through VRMS will not be visible on the Three Angular dashboard. Therefore, these actions must be managed directly through the Three Angular dashboard.
Incidents/tasks managed manually on the Three Angular dashboard must be modified and updated manually in the VRMS.

Technically, it is not possible to run two check-in processes at the same time. Therefore, if you want to work with Three Angular, make sure to request the deactivation of the Avantio Check-in module from the Avantio Support team.

How it works
Sync bookings and accommodation information from Avantio.
An automated email is sent from Three Angular to the guest to download the Three Angular app when the booking is imported from Avantio.
Your guest can check in online: fill out the traveler form, sign contracts, make payments through the app, and much more (based on your settings), and the occupant information will sync with Avantio.
Once the guest has completed the check-in process, in the case of smart lock integration, the app will become the digital key during their stay. Once check-in is completed through Three Angular, the booking will automatically be marked as checked-in in the VRMS.
