How to Create Solution(s) in Harmony to Automate the Sending of Experience Email(s)

1. Create a New Solution

Category: Clients

Select a new configuration under “Offer additional services or send instructions to the guest.”


2. Configure When You Want the Email to Be Sent

I want to offer different experiences depending on the accommodation

If you need to offer different experiences depending on the accommodation, you can create multiple templates and assign them in Harmony using the tags option.

When do we recommend sending a communication?

  • Booking confirmation email

  • 15–30 days before arrival

  • 48–72 hours before arrival


3. If You Have Different or Distant Destinations, Use Tags

You must tag your accommodations for each solution you need to create.

This way, you can send an experience email for Seville to all reservations for accommodations in Seville and nearby areas, and a different experience email for Valencia to all reservations for accommodations in Valencia and its surroundings.


TIP! Save time — How to assign tags in bulk:

  1. Go to the “Accommodations” tab in VRMS.

  2. Filter by city/locality.

  3. Select all accommodations in that area.

  4. Click “Selection” > “Assign Tags.”

  5. Add the new tag with the city name.

  6. Repeat the process for accommodations in nearby towns within the same area and assign the same tag used previously.

You will use this tag in the corresponding Harmony solution.
