The Occupancy by Day report shows the daily occupancy list of your accommodations, allowing you to view information and details of each booking.

Configuration and access
To access the report:
Click on “Reports” → “Bookings” → “Occupancy by Day”.
Customize the report using the available filters:
Building.
Period.
The system will display:
The bookings corresponding to each accommodation.
The statuses of the bookings.
The check-in and check-out dates.
The distribution of occupants between adults and children.
Additional notes
All report data can be exported in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.
You can also print the report for your internal statistics or physical reviews.
