Publishing your accommodations on HVN is easier than you think. If you manage multiple properties and want them to sync automatically, this guide will help you connect your Avantio account with HVN in a few steps. Before you start
Before activating the connection, it is mandatory to have a signed agreement with HVN. Without this prior step, it will not be possible to connect the portal in the Avantio Channel Manager.
Publishing on HVN is free, and once the process is completed, your properties usually appear published in less than 10 business days.

Complete the registration form at stayhvn.com/info/avantio.
Enter your information and net rate, and electronically sign the contract with HVN.
Follow the online onboarding assistant, designed for Avantio property managers.
Activate the connection from the Avantio Channel Manager. Your properties will be automatically loaded via API.
Within up to 10 business days, your accommodations will be visible on HVN.

HVN acts as the "merchant of record": it charges the guest and transfers the payment to the property manager.
Cancellation policies
HVN respects the manager's cancellation policy but requires a 24-hour grace period after the booking confirmation. During this time, HVN can cancel without penalty. After the period, the conditions you have defined apply.
