Connect your properties with TravelStaytion and Marriott Homes & Villas
When managing multiple properties, automatically syncing rates, availability, and bookings not only prevents errors: it also saves you time and gives you peace of mind. TravelStaytion allows you to list your inventory on their platform and, if you wish, on Homes & Villas by Marriott International, even if you don't meet the minimum number of properties required for direct connection.
What is synced and why it matters
TravelStaytion connects your Avantio Channel Manager with their portal and transmits in real-time:
Rates
Availability and bookings
Photos, descriptions, and property features
Restrictions (minimum stay, allowed check-in and check-out)
This way, the information you configure in Avantio is automatically reflected in TravelStaytion and, if activated, also in Marriott Homes & Villas.
Prerequisites
Before starting, make sure you meet TravelStaytion's content quality standards:
Title of at least 20 characters
Description of at least 400 characters
At least 6 photos in JPG, GIF, PNG, or BMP format
Image size between 120 KB and 11 MB, minimum 1,300 × 900 px
Additionally, you will need to sign a collaboration agreement with TravelStaytion. Without this step, the connection with Avantio cannot be activated.
Step-by-step: connection and onboarding
Request the connection from Avantio to TravelStaytion.
Create your account and sign the agreement with TravelStaytion.
Activate the connection: Avantio will upload your properties via API.
Check everything is correct: rates, calendars, photos, and services will update automatically.
Express your interest if you want to advertise on Homes & Villas by Marriott.
Select the properties you want to send to Marriott when the TravelStaytion team contacts you.
Sign the additional distribution agreement (TravelStaytion will charge you a revenue share of 1-2%).
TravelStaytion will list your properties on Marriott and send you a monthly report of received bookings.

Discounts and surcharges: only synced if expressed as a fixed amount (€ , $, £).
Payments: managed directly by TravelStaytion, accepting credit/debit cards and PayPal.
