Benefits

Installing a Hoomvip system on the lock only requires replacing the existing cylinder, with no need for any door machining or wiring. The system can be easily moved from one property to another, simply by adjusting the cylinder size if necessary.	The Hoomvip app allows you to offer additional plans and services to your guests, generating attractive commissions. However, if you already have an independent agreement with a service provider, you can also include it in the app.	With Hoomvip, you will always comply with current traveler regulations. All guests over 14 years old must register and sign a form to access the accommodation.
Control who accesses the accommodation and when. You will receive an alert when your guests enter the accommodation for the first time and you can block access at any time.	The Hoomvip platform is multilingual, and the app automatically downloads in the user's phone language.	Hoomvip is one of the few systems on the market that allows you to open both the apartment and the main gate even in case of power and/or internet failure in the property.

If you are already working with Avantio's online check-in, it is necessary to notify Hoomvip during the contracting process, as prices may vary and technical errors could occur with two online check-in systems running simultaneously. You can choose to hire only the locks or all the services offered by Hoomvip.
