Devices:
Akiles devices are compatible with all types of access: community portals (no physical installation in the portal or neighbor permission needed), main doors, gates, rooms, parking lots, or automatic accesses.

Akiles Cylinder Wireless device designed for main doors, both interior and exterior. Cloud Management Panel:
From the Akiles Management Panel, accessible from any device with an Internet connection, you can create permission groups that will then automatically link with the new bookings from Avantio.
For each Group, you can define which accesses it has permission for, apply or not the geolocation opening restriction (to allow opening doors remotely or only in person at the location), or assign schedules (useful, for example, for cleaning staff).
From the panel, you can also track all accesses made to your apartments.
Access methods available for guests
The access methods available for the integration of Akiles and Avantio are via mobile (with Magic Link) and personal PIN code.
It is important to note that, in offline environments - without mobile data from the guest or Internet in the property - access is guaranteed with both access methods.
Opening via mobile (with Magic Link)
Once the booking is Confirmed, guests will receive an email from Avantio containing an Akiles Magic Link (a link that allows using Akiles without needing to register).
By clicking on this link, the Akiles interface will open in a web app version, and a banner will appear suggesting the guest download the Akiles app to ensure openings in offline environments (without an Internet connection).
At this point, guests have 2 options:
OPTION 1: Download the Akiles app (recommended): By downloading the Akiles app, in addition to Cloud openings (with mobile data/Internet in the property), offline openings via BT4 can also be performed (without needing mobile data or Internet in the property).
To download the app, guests only need to click the “Open” button on the banner and will be redirected to the Play Store/App Store. Upon downloading, the Magic Link will automatically open in the app.
This process can also be done manually, by clicking directly on the Magic Link in the email once the app is downloaded or entering the Magic Link on the app's main screen.
OPTION 2: Use Akiles in browser version: If the banner is ignored and the app is not downloaded, guests can also use Akiles in its web app version. However, opening with this option will be limited to the guest's mobile phone and the Akiles device having an Internet connection.
Opening via PIN code
If the property has numeric keypad devices, guests can open using the personal PIN code assigned to them.
This PIN code can be checked both in the app and the Akiles web app, by clicking the “PIN Code” button that appears on the main interface.
The PIN code is a method that also allows access to the property in offline environments (without mobile data or Internet in the property).

Akiles prices consist of two elements:
Devices, installation, and setup: From €263 to €446 per apartment (VAT not included).
Akiles Cloud Service: From €9.99/month to €14.99/month per apartment (VAT not included)
