How the Portal Works

  1. The customer makes the booking on Muchosol.

  2. You will receive an email requesting you to confirm acceptance.

  3. Until you confirm, you cannot take any action on that booking.

  4. Once confirmed, Muchosol will charge the first payment to the tourist.

  5. The portal will settle your part (minus their commission) between the 1st and 5th of the month of the customer's arrival.

Financial Conditions

  • Commission:

    • 16% on direct sales from their portal or affiliates.

    • 19% on sales through agencies or tour operators.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: credit card and PayPal.

  • Supported Currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, BRL, UAH, CNY, JPY, SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK, CHF, RUB, PLN, AED, MXN, ZAR.

  • VAT: prices can be worked with and without VAT.
