How Sending Works
By default, the system automatically sends the email to customers who booked through your website.
You can also configure that customers of manually entered bookings in the VRMS by your team receive the automatic email.
For portal bookings, you can send the email from the booking record by clicking "Send" (it will be activated when the status is "Confirmed" or "Paid").
Another option is to include the review link in the document templates of the "Booking" category.

Display Reviews on Your Website Advertisements
In the section Accommodation Record → Web Configuration you can decide if you want to display reviews on your website advertisements. These will appear as an integrated block within the design of your advertisement record.
Additionally, you can adjust the display order by moving the corresponding box. To activate it, you just need to check the option "Reviews: send and view on the web".
