Guest reviews are key to your accommodation's reputation. Since July 2019, the connection with Booking.com allows these reviews to sync directly in Avantio (VRMS). This means you no longer need to log into the Booking.com extranet to manage them: you can read and respond to them from one place.
What is review synchronization?
It's a feature that automatically transfers the reviews guests leave on Booking.com to your VRMS system. There you can view and manage them just like you do with reviews on your own web.

Step by step: how to manage reviews
Log into your VRMS account.
Go to the Bookings → Reviews section.
Find the review received from Booking.com.
Write your response directly in Avantio.
Send the response: it will be automatically transmitted to Booking.com via the API.
👉 Once published, your response will be visible on the accommodation listing on Booking.com.
Attention to details
You can only respond once per review.
Reviews received from Booking.com cannot be edited.
Reviews are not automatically published on your web. If you want to display them, you must create them manually on your page.
