Showing the best side of your accommodation starts with a well-maintained profile. The Property Profile is the section that allows potential guests to get to know you better: who manages the property, what makes the accommodation unique, and what they can expect from the area. Now you no longer need to do it directly in the extranet of Booking.com: you can set it up centrally from Channel PRO.
What is the property profile?
The property profile in Channel PRO corresponds to the "Your Profile" section of the extranet of Booking.com.
Here you can include key information such as:
The name of the host or the managing company
The host's photo or the company logo
Details about the accommodation, the host, and the neighborhood
Everything you set up from Channel PRO will automatically sync with Booking.com, both in partial connection and full connection (not compatible with Single Rate connection).
Step-by-step to create your profile
Access Channel PRO → portal settings → "Property Profile" section.
Click on "Add" or the "Create a new profile" link if you don't have one set up yet.
Enter a profile name (for internal use in Channel PRO).
Assign the properties you want to link. Only those that are activated and connected with Booking.com will appear.

Useful tips for an attractive profile
About the accommodation: highlight what makes it unique, such as decor, services, or special features.
About the neighborhood: include recommendations for nearby restaurants, museums, or attractions.
About you or your company: add a brief and warm welcome message, mention personal interests or hobbies to give a human touch.
Attention to details
Do not include house rules in this section: they are set up in the policies section.
Texts must be added in all the languages you choose, as Booking.com does not translate them automatically.
Important
Once created and associated with accommodations, the profile cannot be deleted from Channel PRO due to API limitations.
If you need to delete it, you must do so directly from the extranet of Booking.com.
Profiles without assigned accommodations can be deleted from Channel PRO.
Best practices
Prepare a friendly welcome message: it builds trust and enhances the guest experience even before booking.
Update your profile from time to time: include renovations, improvements, or new nearby attractions.
Use high-quality, professional images: they convey seriousness and strengthen your brand.
