View and Export the Invoice List

When managing multiple bookings at once, knowing exactly what has been invoiced —and when— saves you headaches and gives you control over your numbers. This report allows you to review, filter, and export all your invoices, credit notes, and receipts in seconds.

What is this report?

It is a report that shows the list of invoices, credit notes, or receipts issued over a specific period. Use it to check accounting movements and verify details of each issuance.

Benefits

  • Get a complete list of documents issued within a date range or for a specific accommodation.

  • Gain visibility for internal control and accounting review.

How to Access

  1. In the main menu, go to «Reports».

  2. Open the «Invoicing» category.

  3. Select «Invoice List».

Helpful Tip: if you use this section daily, add it to your browser favorites for one-click access.

Search and Filter Precisely

You have filters to quickly find what you need:

  • Reference: this is the booking number.

  • Invoice Type: «invoice», «receipt», or «credit note».

  • Invoice Number: Series/Number.

  • Accommodation: filter by specific property.

  • Date: set the issuance period.

Pay Attention to Details: if the expected result doesn't appear, check the date range and confirm whether you're searching by reference (booking) or by invoice number (Series/Number).

What You'll See in the Table

Each row shows: creation date; your agency's business name; invoice number; client details; reserved accommodation; and amount. This way, you'll have the essentials of each document at a glance.

Export or Print

You can export the data in Excel, CSV, or PDF, or print them for your internal statistics. Ideal for sharing with accounting or preparing periodic reviews.

Step by Step: Your First Export

  1. Access «Reports» → «Invoicing» → «Invoice List».

  2. Apply filters: period, accommodation, document type, and if applicable, reference or Series/Number.

  3. Review the table columns and confirm that the list is as expected.

  4. Click on Export and choose Excel, CSV, or PDF.

  5. Save the file and share it with the relevant parties.

Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

  • Confusing reference with invoice number: the reference identifies the booking; the invoice number is Series/Number. Check the correct field.

  • Incorrect date range: if you can't find an issuance, extend the period or adjust the exact dates.

  • Not filtering by document type: if you're expecting a credit note or a receipt, select the type to clean up the list.

Closing

Now that you master the «Invoice List», export your data with confidence and keep your numbers under control. Next step? Review payments and refunds per booking to complete your accounting dashboard.
