What is StayMyWay?
It is a new integration of the Stay My Way platform within the Avantio VRMS that allows agencies to manage access to accommodations with electronic locks, replacing physical keys with digital access via mobile and tracking everything from the VRMS.

Time and resource savings: there is no need to have someone at a physical location every time a customer wants to check in.
Flexibility of check-in hours: since no one is needed to provide the key, the schedule can be as wide as you want.
Improved user experience: your customers will enjoy the convenience of opening the property in a modern way using their mobile and will have easier access to the accommodation.
Automation of processes: you can send the keys to your apartment to your guests' phones without needing to travel.
Security: prevents guests from losing the apartment keys and also prevents copies of the physical keys from being made.
Tracking and control: you can always see the access status to the property in the reservation file, activate and deactivate guest keys, remotely open the accommodation door, or resend the app download email.
Configuration
1. StayMyWay will install the locks in the properties chosen by the agency.
2. StayMyWay will integrate the agency's accommodations into its program as requested by the agency.
It is important to inform the installer of the name under which the accommodation will be registered, as this will be displayed in the app for the tourist. Make sure to use the correct name to avoid confusion with tourists and also to match the name that appears in VRMS for proper matching later.
3. Once the integration is done, we will activate the module in your account from Avantio.
4. When the module is activated, you will see the StayMyWay tab in your company configuration. This is where you need to configure it.
