The Product and How It Works

The Minut sensor monitors noise, occupancy, movement, temperature, and humidity in short-term rentals, both indoors and outdoors, so property managers can keep their rentals safe and avoid damage and complaints from neighbors about excessive noise from partying guests. The sensor is 100% privacy-safe, does not include a camera, and does not record any conversations, only measuring decibel levels.

When noise is detected, Minut will notify the host that noise above the preset threshold has been detected. The host can contact the guest, or Minut can send a message or call the guest and kindly ask them to keep the noise down. If excessive noise is detected, someone can also be sent to the property, working with Minut's safety network.
