What's included?

  1. Stay cancellation: Refund of partial payments or any amount withheld by the property manager from the Guest in case of total rental cancellation.

  2. Expenses for stay interruption: Refund to the Guest for unused land services due to early return.

The insurance deductible is a pre-agreed amount of money that must be paid to the insurance provider in case of a claim.
