If the request is made through the Avantio VRMS Marketplace, the "connection request" will lead the PM to the same Avantio/TERN Financial landing page: https://www.terngrp.com/avantio

TERN Financial, as a locally authorized intermediary, sends the PM a standardized quote via email, including the previously agreed Avantio program terms and rates, with bronze, silver, and gold options.

If the PM accepts the quote, they will proceed to request the connection with TERN Financial by submitting a ticket to Avantio support.
