FROM CIVITATIS
1. Go to “Links and resources” > “Links”
2. Configure the following fields
Language: The available languages are: Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
Destination: Select the destination for which we want to generate the link. For the example above, we used “Alicante” as the destination.
One widget generated = one language and one destination/activities
A widget must be generated for each language and destination to use them on the web
3. Copy this generated link to use in the email templates.

How to create the email?
From the VRMS template editor, you can create your own referral email using the available options.
1. Create a new template
Go to VRMS > Configuration > Templates > New Template.
In the “Category” section, select “Various” at the end of the list.
2. Add block in template
These new blocks created specifically for experiences will allow you to quickly create a visual email that converts!
On the right in the “Content” section, select “Block”.
Under “Custom”, you will find…
Left composition: a block with a photo on the left, a field for a title, a description on the right, a button below the text to take the tourist to the Civitatis website with your referral link.
Right composition: same as the previous one, but with the photo to the right of the text.
EXAMPLE:
Title: Experiences in Avignon
Description: Enjoy these experiences in Avignon through Civitatis at incredible prices.
Button text: “SEE MORE”, “I'M INTERESTED” or “BOOK NOW”
Button link: Paste the previously copied Civitatis link in the corresponding language.
Image: We need a link to a photo.
Use the same photo we used in the Advertisements/offers module.
Go to your web to the corresponding advertisement
Click on the image to open the gallery.
Above the enlarged photo, right-click and select “Copy image address”. Return to the VRMS where we have been creating the template and paste the link.
Repeat the steps for each experience/destination you wish to include in the email.
