Boost Your Advertisements with the Improvement Center
When managing accommodations, the same question always arises: "What more can I do to improve?"
Sometimes you know there's room for growth, but you're not sure where to start.
The Improvement Center by Avantio is designed precisely for that. It's like a personal advisor that analyzes the performance of your properties and suggests specific actions to get more bookings, reduce manual work, and enhance your guests' experience. No more guesswork: you'll receive specific recommendations for each accommodation, ready to apply quickly and easily.
🔹How Does the Improvement Center Work?
The system analyzes the entire customer journey, from when they start a search to when their stay ends. This path is known as the conversion funnel, and at each stage, there's a risk that the traveler might abandon the process.
The Improvement Center identifies these friction points and turns them into opportunities: it shows you what adjustments you can make to strengthen each step and move towards a confirmed booking.
🔹Improvement Categories: Your Roadmap
Opportunities are grouped into categories that correspond to different stages of the funnel and also to key areas of your daily management.
Improvements Oriented to the Conversion Funnel
Increase Your Availability: tips to appear in more searches.
Ranking Position: actions to climb positions in portal listings.
Accommodation Visits: ideas to attract more clicks to your advertisements.
Conversion: keys to turning visits into confirmed bookings.
Reduce Your Cancellations: adjustments to decrease unnecessary cancellations.
Improvements for Your Management
Reduce Your Workload: automate manual tasks and save time.
Increase Your Loyalty: proposals to encourage repeat guests.
Others: suggestions that don't fit into previous categories but are equally relevant.
🔹Manage Your Opportunities
On the main page, you'll find all available opportunities. You can filter them by status, category, or accommodation. Each improvement can be in one of these states:
Unread: new recommendations detected.
Read: already consulted but not yet applied.
Pending Update: you've made the change, and the system is verifying.
Completed: the adjustment has been implemented and validated correctly.
Postponed: you decided to leave them for later. They don't have any specific markup to identify them and are found through the filter.
Attention to Details: Postponed Improvements
If you postpone an improvement, it will be hidden for seven days. After that time, it will reappear as "Unread" so you don't lose track of it.
Most improvements are not resolved automatically or immediately.
They must be resolved on the corresponding platform (VRMS, Channel PRO, or the portal's extranet).
Once the change is completed, the system detects it through the connection and reflects it in the Improvement Center. The status will change to "Completed" within a maximum of 24 hours.
⚙️Step by Step: How to Apply an Improvement
Resolving an improvement is simple, but remember: the change is not made automatically. You decide when and where to apply it.
Open the Opportunity: click on the card to see the full description and the accommodations involved.
Identify Where to Act: icons indicate if the change applies in the VRMS, in Channel PRO, or in a portal's extranet.
Make the Adjustment: enter the indicated platform and apply the suggested action.
Wait for Validation: the system will detect the change and, within a maximum of 24 hours, mark the improvement as "Completed."

🔹Frequently Asked Questions
I made a change, but the improvement still appears as pending. Why?
That's normal. The system needs up to 24 hours to sync the information and mark the improvement as completed.
Do improvements apply automatically when clicked?
No. The Improvement Center tells you what to do and where, but you must apply the change on the corresponding platform.
Why don't all categories appear in the filters?
The filter only shows the categories where you have active opportunities. If one doesn't appear, it means there are currently no improvements available for that area.
What happens if I postpone an improvement?
It will be hidden for seven days so you can focus on other priorities. After that, it will reappear as "Unread."
