The "Bookings and Commissions by Portal" report provides this insight: in a single list, you can see what has been charged, what is pending, and what portion corresponds to commissions.


What is the "Bookings and Commissions by Portal" report?

It is a report that shows, in detail, the bookings managed through portals and intermediaries, along with the associated commissions. It helps you to:

What information it contains

When you consult the report, you will see a list with:

  • Booking ID and agent reference.

  • Financial amounts: rent without VAT, rent with VAT, commission charged by the portal, pending collection.


How to access the report

  1. In the main menu, go to the "Reports" tab.

  2. Select the "Invoicing" category.

  3. Click on "Bookings and Commissions by Portal".

  4. Adjust the available filters to get the information you need.

  • Check-in date

  • Accommodation

  • Type of bookings (pre-booking, confirmed, paid, etc.)

In the period from June 1 to July 31, 2025, the report shows:

  • Total rent without VAT: €15,329.03

  • Total rent with VAT: €18,122.11

  • Total portal commissions: €1,613.49

  • Pending collection by agencies: €7,342.00

This allows you to quickly assess how much you actually earned and how much each portal retained in commissions.
