Step by step: how to activate the connection with Ingénie
Request from the booking center
The local center you collaborate with must request Ingénie to activate the corresponding gateway.Creation of the ticket in Avantio
You, as a user, must open a ticket requesting the activation of Ingénie as a portal in your Channel Manager.Contract verification
