❌ Cancellation Policy (stays of 30+ days)

🗓️ ≥ 30 days before check-in

  • Guest: 10% penalty

  • Owner: No payment

🗓️ < 30 days before check-in

  • Guest: Penalty = 1 month’s rent

  • Owner: Receives 1 month’s rent (less commission)


🔌How can I connect with this portal?

  1. Create an account on the portal (Outside Avantio)
    Register as a manager on the portal's website.

  2. Sign the contract
    Accept the terms and sign the contract sent by the portal.

  3. Complete onboarding if a step available from the portal
    Upload photos, descriptions, and necessary data. Some portals offer an onboarding call.

  4. Connect from ChannelPro
    Go to Portals - ChannelProBluegroundFollow the steps indicated there.
