Learn how to set up Civitatis experiences in the software to offer added value to your customers.

Here we present several guides on how to do it if you have an Avantio web:

  1. Set up Civitatis experiences on my web

  2. Set up templates to promote experiences in one or several destinations

  3. Add a Civitatis banner in my booking confirmation template(s)

  4. Create solution(s) in Harmony to automate the sending of experience email(s)

The automated experience email (via Harmony) is a great tool to increase conversion. The more experiences your guests book, the greater your earnings from the 10% sales commission.
